Objectives: Discuss the tactical-technical characteristics and planning of handball teaching/training in the under-16 and under-18 categories, as well as the implications of an integrated vision for the planning of classes/training. Develop, together with teachers/coaches, possible lesson/training plans based on the principles discussed throughout the course.

Objectives: Discuss the possibilities of teaching team sports within the scope of children's sports initiation. Develop, together with teachers/trainers, possible lesson/training plans based on the pedagogical principles covered during the course.
Improvement: “Personal Training.” (2023)
Objectives: professional improvement in the area of “Personal Training” through the offering of updated scientific knowledge and linked to the use of available strategies, tools and technologies. Furthermore, the purpose of the course is to stimulate critical thinking in professionals, encouraging them to constantly update their professional skills.
Improvement: “World 4.0 and soft skills”
Objectives: work on skills and competencies related to World 4.0 and soft skills in order to develop new mental models and changes in behavior that result in: understanding how new technologies shape the way we work and communicate; greater performance when working in multidisciplinary teams; more efficient transmission of messages across different channels and to different audiences; and innovation processes adapted to the culture and new business demands
