Selection Process for Admission to the Mastering Program (2025)

Registration Period: Sep 17 to Oct 30, 2025 – Open to all applicants
No applications will be accepted after the deadline established in the call for applications.
Applicants approved in the selection process will be eligible to enroll during the period established by the PRPG/USP (Office of the Vice-Provost for Graduate Studies) and the CPG/EEFERP (Graduate Committee), provided that all required documentation is submitted at the time of registration.
Required Documents for New Student Registration
(Originals and copies must be provided for verification):
- Identity Card (RG) or National Registry of Foreigners (RNE);
- Taxpayer Registry (CPF);
- Official Academic Transcript (complete);
- One 3x4 cm passport-style photo with a white background;
- Passport copy with a Student Visa (VITEM IV) and copy of the National Migration Registration Card (CRNM) – for international students.
- Voter Registration Card;
- Marriage or Birth Certificate;
- Military Discharge Certificate (where applicable);
- Undergraduate Diploma (officially recognized and registered) or Certificate of Graduation including the date the degree was conferred. (Note: Students who have not yet had their degree conferred are ineligible for enrollment);
- Official Academic Transcript (complete);
- One 3x4 cm passport-style photo with a white background;
- Passport copy with a Student Visa (VITEM IV) and copy of the National Migration Registration Card (CRNM) – for international students.
